For all services rendered, payment terms will be outlined in the respective service agreement. late payments may incur additional fees. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is not received according to agreed terms.

6. Client Obligations

Clients agree to provide DH Brand Lab will all necessary information, access, and support required for us to deliver the agreed-upon services. Delays in providing such may result in delays in our services.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information disclosed during the course of our relationship, including business strategies, financial information, and other sensitive data.

This confidentiality extends beyond the termination of services.

8. Third-Party Tools & Services

We may recommend or utilize third-party tools, platforms, or services (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) to deliver digital marketing solutions. You acknowledge and agree that we are not liable for any issues or limitations caused by these third-party providers.

9. Performance & Results

While DH Brand Lab strives to provide high-quality services, we cannot guarantee specific results, including ranking, conversions, or business growth, as these depend on multiple external factors outside of our control.

10. Terms & Termination

Services will be provided for the duration specified in the respective agreement. Either party may terminate services by providing written notice, subject to the terms outlined in the service agreement. Upon termination, all outstanding payments must be made, and any ongoing work may be halted.

11. Limitation of Liability

DH Brand Lab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising our of or related to the use of our Site or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services under the applicable agreement.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DH Brand Lab and its employees from any claims, losses, liabilities, or damages arising from your use of our services or breach of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the rights to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.
